Yes, we accept custom orders and printing requests. Please send us a message with the details and a sample photo if available. We'll review your request within 24 hours and let you know if we can proceed. There is no additional fee for custom jobs.

Can I select a specific frame for my Photo Frame or Floating Frame Canvas?

Yes, you can. For Floating Frame Canvas, we offer five colors: Gold, Dark Walnut, Silver, Black, and Fine Black. For Photo Frames, we have over 200 options. Let us know your preferred color and shape, and we'll find the closest match. If we don't have a similar frame, we'll contact you.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders within 1-5 business days. Delivery times are as follows: 1-4 days for America and Canada, 1-3 days for Europe, 1-5 days for Asia and Africa (including the Arabian Peninsula), and 1-4 days for Australia. Worldwide delivery is completed within 10 business days at the latest.
